Las rentas provenientes de los servicios de ecoturismo prestados dentro del territorio nacional, están exentas del impuesto sobre la renta por el término de 20 años, a partir del 1º de enero de 2003, siempre que se cumplan los requisitos establecidos en el presente Decreto.
