El agotamiento de los recursos que por ley se le han asignado al Frech para el cumplimiento de la finalidad prevista en el artículo 1º del presente decreto, no conlleva la finalización de los contratos que instrumentan la cobertura, los cuales continuarán vigentes hasta la finalización de su plazo."
