º . Quórum deliberatorio, quórum decisorio y actas . La Comisión podrá deliberar válidamente con la presencia de la mitad más uno (1) de sus integrantes. Sus decisiones serán adoptadas por el voto favorable de la mayoría de los miembros presentes. De todas las reuniones y decisiones se dejará constancia en actas que llevará y custodiará la secretaria técnica y que firmará junto con el presidente.
