El Instituto Colombiano de Desarrollo Rural - Incoder, entregará el aplicativo que administra la base de datos del Registro de Predios y Territorios Abandonados a Causa de la Violencia - RUPTA, su respectiva base de datos y las claves de acceso, a la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro. Para efectos de lo previsto en el artículo 127 de la Ley 1152 de 2007, la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro asignará al Instituto Colombiano de Desarrollo Rural - Incoder, un acceso especial al sistema, que le permita actualizar la base de datos, con la información correspondiente al trámite dado a las solicitudes recibidas antes del 26 de enero de 2008.
