El usuario remitente de un objeto postal será responsable por los daños ocasionados a otros objetos postales cuando se trate de envíos cuyo transporte está prohibido por la ley, por los reglamentos de la Unión Postal Universal, o por no haber cumplido con las condiciones de despacho de sustancias riesgosas, salvo que se compruebe la culpa exclusiva del Operador Postal.
