Características específicas de calidad. El Ministerio de Educación Nacional, mediante resolución fijará las características específicas de calidad para los programas de educación para el trabajo y el desarrollo humano que considere necesario.

Respecto de tales programas, además de los requisitos básicos establecidos en este Título, las secretarías de educación verificarán el cumplimiento de dichas características para otorgar el registro.
