Art. 2.° Recibida que sea en la Secretaría del Tesoro i Crédito nacional alguna sentencia de la Corte Suprema federal, se procederá a practicar el correspondiente reconocimiento i espedir la respectiva órden, la cual será satisfecha con las libranzas de que trata el artículo 1.° de la referida lei.
