Requisitos para la prospección. La prospección minera no requiere de autorización o permiso alguno de orden ambiental. Sin embargo, cuando haya de efectuarse en zonas o lugares señalados como reservas naturales en el artículo 34 de este Código, se someterá a las reglas y restricciones que en dichas zonas o lugares rijan para los trabajos e investigaciones científicas. Lo aquí dispuesto también se aplicará a las investigaciones del subsuelo que adelanten los organismos y entidades estatales que tienen asignadas esas funciones.
