OBLIGACION DE INFORMAR EL RETIRO DEL TRABAJADOR. Cuando el patrono omita dar oportuna y correctamente al ISS el aviso de retiro de un trabajador por terminación del contrato de trabajo o por cierre definitivo de la empresa, en el término señalado en los respectivos reglamentos, será sancionado con una suma igual al último aporte mensual que pagó por dicho trabajador.
