Art. 2 .° Subsistirán estas concesiones, cualquiera que sea el medio que el Gobierno de Antioquia emplee para la construccion del ferrocarril; pero no debiendo aplicarse a otro objeto que a la construcción de aquel camino, el Poder Ejecutivo estipulará sobre esta base los términos en que tales concesiones deban llevarse a efecto, i los casos en que deban cesar o ser temporalmente suspendidas.
