La falta del documento que la ley exija como solemnidad para la existencia o validez de un acto o contrato, no podrá suplirse por otra prueba, salvo que se haya producido su destrucción, ocultamiento, pérdida o desaparición debidamente probada, caso en el cual podrá acreditarse con otros medios de prueba, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 130 de este código.
