Del Mismo, No Podrá Ser Interpretada Como Una Denuncia De Dicho Convenio Modificado Por El Presente Protocolo

Artículo IX

Toda Parte en el presente Protocolo podrá denunciarlo mediante notificación dirigida al Gobierno de la República Popular Polaca.

La denuncia surtirá efecto seis meses después de la recepción por el Gobierno de la República Popular Polaca de la notificación de dicha denuncia.

Para las Partes en el presente Protocolo, la denuncia por cualquiera de ellas del Convenio, de acuerdo con el artículo 39 del mismo, no podrá ser interpretada como una denuncia de dicho Convenio modificado por el presente Protocolo.
