Prohibición de percepción de honorarios. El médico que labore por cuenta de una entidad pública o privada no podrá percibir honorarios de los pacientes que atiende en esas instituciones y cuya asistencia está a cargo de las mismas. (Artículo 26 del Decreto 3380 de 1981)
