Artículo quinto. La reexportación de artículos sometidos a limitaciones o licencias en los mercados extranjeros, solo se autorizará por el Ministerio de Comercio e Industrias cuando dicha reexportación no perjudique los intereses de la economía nacional. Comuníquese y publíquese.
