º En los casos de que tratan los numerales 30 y 31 del artículo 5º del Decreto 2908 de 1960, se aplicará igual tarifa para las posesiones de empleados nombrados en propiedad o en interinidad. Cuando no medie asignación de sueldo fijo mensual sino una sola o varias asignaciones esporádicas pagaderas por determinada entidad, éstas tendrán el carácter de sueldo eventual. Cuando no medie asignación alguna, no se causa el gravamen.
