Artículo cuarto . Reuniones . El Consejo Asesor se reunirá por lo menos una vez cada semestre por citación del Superintendente de Sociedades y podrá deliberar con la presencia de por lo menos siete (7) miembros. Será presidido por el Superintendente de Sociedades y actuará como secretario un funcionario de la Superintendencia del nivel directivo o asesor designado por el Superintendente.
