El último comprobante expedido por el respectivo fondo que contenga la cuenta del trabajador a que se refiere el artículo 31 y la copia de liquidación a que se refiere el artículo 33, constituyen títulos ejecutivos para exigir judicialmente el pago del saldo neto a favor del trabajador en caso de retiro, si no se verifica dicho pago dentro de los términos a que se refieren los artículos anteriores.
