Revisor fiscal. La Caja Nacional de Previsión Social, Cajanal EICE en liquidación, tendrá un Revisor Fiscal quien deberá tener las mismas calidades y funciones establecidas en el Capítulo VIII Título I Libro Segundo del Código de Comercio. Una vez designado por la Junta Asesora de la Liquidación, la entidad en liquidación deberá suscribir el contrato correspondiente con cargo a los recursos de la entidad.
