Revocación de oficio. El artículo 60 de la Ley 336 de 1996, quedará así: "Artículo 60. Teniendo en cuenta su pertenencia al Sistema Nacional del Transporte, las decisiones adoptadas por las au toridades territoriales en materia de Transporte Terrestre Automotor mediante actos administrativos de carácter particular y concreto, podrán revocarse de oficio por el Ministerio de Transporte sin el consentimiento del respectivo titular, de conformidad con las causales señaladas en el Código Contencioso Administrativo."
