Los acuerdos sobre prestaciones a cargos de la caja dictados por la Junta Directiva, serán firmados por el Gerente, quien hará constar en el Acuerdo el número del acta y la facha de su aprobación. Estos Acuerdos deberán ser aprobados por resoluciones del Ministerio de Guerra para su validez.
