Provisión de los empleos. El Director General de la Unidad de Planeación de Infraestructura de Transporte - UPIT, proveerá los empleos creados en el artículo 1 del presente Decreto, de manera gradual de conformidad con las disponibilidades presupuestales y hasta la concurrencia presupuestal de cada vigencia fiscal, cumpliendo con todos los requisitos legales para tal fin y de conformidad con lo dispuesto en la Ley 909 de 2004, el Decreto 1083 de 2015 y demás disposiciones que le modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan.
