ARTICULO 89. Reincorporación al servicio activo. Podrán reincorporarse por una sola vez a la Policía Nacional, los Agentes retirados por solicitud propia que cumplan los siguientes requisitos

a)

Aprobación de los exámenes sicofísicos conforme a los reglamentos.

b)

Tener edad no mayor a treinta y cinco (35) años.

c)

No registrar antecedentes penales ni de Policía.

d)

Acreditar trayectoria profesional durante el tiempo de su servicio a la Institución calificada como buena.

e)

No sobrepasar tres (3) años de retirado.

f)

Certificado de conducta expedido por el Comandante de Policía donde haya residido durante su permanencia fuera de la Institución.
