Disponibilidad . Corresponde al personal del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad desempeñar sus funciones donde las necesidades del servicio determinadas por la Dirección del Departamento lo indiquen, y estar disponible cuando sea requerido por los superiores jerárquicos. El incumplimiento sin justa causa es causal de mala conducta. El Secretario General del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad adoptará las medidas que resulten indispensables para compensar en tiempo de descanso esta disponibilidad.
