Decreto 1276 de 1963 · Por el cual se reglamentan los artículos 2º a 7º de la Ley 83 de 1962

Corresponde a la Junta Directiva del Banco de la República

Conceder préstamos por cuantías que excedan a las señaladas en el artículo 2º de este Decreto, cuando se trate de operaciones de una importancia vital, cuya financiación restante presente serias dificultades;

Determinar las tasas de interés que deben cobrarse sobre los préstamos de que tratan los artículos 2º y 5º de este Decreto, por medio de resolución que se someterá a la aprobación del Gobierno;

Definir, en caso de duda, si una operación tiene las características de idoneidad previstas en los artículos 2º, 6º y concordantes de la Ley 83 de 1962.
