La extinción de las multas previstas en el presente decreto no implica el cese de las actuaciones que se hayan adelantado o adelanten sobre la responsabilidad personal de administradores, funcionarios o el revisor fiscal de la entidad, por los hechos que dieron origen a la expedición de la multa.
