º Un asociado no podrá ser deudor de un Fonda de Empleados por créditos que en un total excedan del diez por ciento (10%) de los recursos destinados a tal fin. El señalamiento de las cuantías, plazos, formas de amortización, tasas de servicios, garantías y demás requisitos para el otorgamiento de préstamos, se hará en los estatutos o reglamentos del Fondo.
