La adquisición de los bienes muebles que requiera el Instituto se harán conforme a las disposiciones del Decreto 2370 de 1968. Las compras directas que pueda realizar, de acuerdo con el mismo Decreto, Se ajustarán a las disposiciones generales vigentes sobre la materia y las particulares que se consagren en los actos de la Junta Directiva.
