Vigilancia y control . La vigilancia y el control del ejercicio de la profesión de químico farmacéutico le corresponde al Estado, y estará a cargo del Colegio Nacional de Químicos Farmacéuticos. El Colegio Nacional de Químicos Farmacéuticos, creado por el artículo 7º de la Ley 212 de 1995, es un organismo consultivo del Gobierno Nacional en materia de la competencia de los químicos farmacéuticos.
