° El Intendente vigilará y examinará escrupulosamente todo lo relativo a los denuncios y adjudicaciones de minas y baldíos en su territorio, con el fin de que se cumplan las disposiciones especiales que contienen leyes en el particular, y de que la Nación recobre oportunamente sobre estos bienes los derechos que le corresponden.
