La concesión de los plazos o las rebajas o exoneraciones de impuestos autorizada en el artículo anterior, deberá concederse en cada caso particular por el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público y la solicitud correspondiente deberá presentarse dentro de los noventa (90) días siguientes a la vigencia de esta Ley.
