Del tratamiento previo. Bajo la responsabilidad de la persona natural o jurídica que maneje plaguicidas, los desechos de estos productos deben recibir tratamiento previo a la evacuación final de tal manera que los efluentes no sobrepasen los límites permisibles oficialmente.
