Artículo octavo. El rechazo a que se refiere el artículo 1º del Decreto 1479 de 1963, podrá hacerlo el Director Ejecutivo de la Superintendencia de Regulación Económica, cuando a su juicio dichas modificaciones sean ostensiblemente desproporcionadas, y en tal evento la determinación final sobre dichas modificaciones deberá producirse dentro de un término prudencial.
