Autorízase al Gobierno para suscribir hasta el cincuenta por ciento (50 por 100) de las acciones en la empresa o empresas que establezcan según el artículo anterior.

Parágrafo

El Gobierno tendrá completo control en las empresas beneficiadas con esta ley, y podrá vender las acciones que llegue a suscribir, cuando lo considere conveniente.
