Con el producto de las rentas y contribuciones cuya recaudación esté a cargo de cada Oficina pagadora Subalterna, ésta cubrirá los gastos radicados en ella, y cuando las entradas fueren insuficientes, la Tesorería General la proveerá de fondos por medio de remesas de las oficinas recaudadoras más inmediatas, o haciéndolas directamente.
