º Facúltase al Comando del Ejército, para expedir salvoconductos que amparen el porte de armas de fuego, en los Municipios de que trata el artículo 1º del presente Decreto , a quienes así lo soliciten, previo estudio de los antecedentes y necesidades, siempre y cuando en concepto de dicho Comando se haga imprescindible.
