A.1.12. Articulación Territorial del Sistema Nacional de Protección y Bienestar Animal (SINAPYBA). Las entidades territoriales darán cumplimiento a sus funciones y competencias en materia de protección y bienestar animal establecidas en las normas vigentes o aquellas que las modifiquen o sustituyan, en el marco de la Política Nacional de Protección y Bienestar Animal (PNPYBA), su plan de acción y de los lineamientos, directrices y disposiciones emitidos por el Comité Nacional Intersectorial de Protección y Bienestar Animal (CNPYBA).

Parágrafo

Las entidades territoriales serán responsables de la ejecución de las acciones para la implementación de los planes, programas y proyectos en materia de protección y bienestar animal, en el marco de sus competencias y funciones.
