Comisión. La comisión por el otorgamiento de las garantías por parte del Fondo Nacional de Garantías (FNG), será fijada de conformidad con las operaciones autorizadas en los literales e) y f), del artículo 241 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, teniendo en cuenta, entre otros criterios: el valor en riesgo y los costos y gastos de administración de la garantía. El Fondo Nacional de Garantías (FNG), establecerá la información y documentación que requiera como condición para solicitar el acceso a la garantía y verificar el comportamiento de las emisiones.
