ARTICULO 2.1.2.3.4 . ESTIPULACION EN LOS CONTRATOS. Para los efectos previstos en el artículo 1518 del Código Civil, tanto en los contratos sobre constitución de depósitos de ahorro entre los depositantes y las corporaciones de ahorro y vivienda como en los contratos de mutuo que éstas celebren para el otorgamiento de préstamos, se estipulará expresamente que las obligaciones en moneda legal se determinarán mediante la aplicación de la equivalencia de la Unidad de Poder Adquisitivo Constante (UPAC).
