º. La exportación de los productos nacionales es libre salvo las prohibiciones de carácter legal y las restricciones o prohibiciones temporales que establezca la Junta de Comercio Exterior, en desarrollo de lo dispuesto en los artículos 30 de la Ley 1º de 1959 y 3º, aparte j) del Decreto-ley 1733 de 1964.

Parágrafo

Las restricciones o prohibiciones temporales de que trata este artículo solamente podrán afectar la exportación de artículos de consumo de primera necesidad y de materias primas.
