Certificaciones. Las certificaciones sobre el ejercicio del cargo de Gerente así como de los miembros de la Junta Directiva serán expedidas por el Secretario General del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional. Las referentes a los demás funcionarios de la Industria Militar las expedirá el Subgerente de Relaciones Industriales de la misma o quien haga sus veces.
