Quien sea depositario de la cosa no estará obligado a aceptar "órdenes de entrega", a menos que así se haya estipulado; pero aceptándolas, tendrá derecho a que se le devuelva debidamente cancelado el documento de depósito, el cual será sustituido por títulos u órdenes fraccionarios.
