Del Control y Vigilancia, medidas sanitarias de seguridad, procedimientos y sanciones . Corresponde al Ministerio de Salud y a las entidades delegadas ejercer la vigilancia y control indispensables y adoptar las medidas de prevención y correctivas necesarias para dar cumplimiento a las disposiciones del Decreto 2333 de 1982 y a los requisitos y prescripciones que para cada caso en particular se establecen en el presente Decreto, así como tomar las medidas sanitarias de seguridad, adelantar los procedimientos y establecer las sanciones que se deriven de su incumplimiento.
