En cada uno de los Presupuestos de la próxima y siguientes vigencias se apropiará la partida de cien mil pesos ($ 100.000) que se destinará a la amortización gradual de la deuda que la Nación tiene pendiente con los maestros a quienes favoreció el aumento decretado por la Ley 102 de 1927 , a partir de la Ley 37 de 1933 , hasta la total cancelación de dicha deuda.
