Transitorio. La estructura orgánica y las funciones del Ministerio de Comunicaciones determinadas en el Decreto 129 de 1976, así como su respectiva planta de personal, continuarán rigiendo hasta la fecha de promulgación de las providencias que adopten la nueva planta de personal para el Ministerio y se produzcan las respectivas incorporaciones de los actuales funcionarios a la misma.
