Art. 83. En el mes de Abril de cada año pasarán los estanqueros a la respectiva administración de que dependen, un presupuesto del tabaco que consideren necesario para el consumo de los distritos parroquiales de la comprensión de sus respectivas proveedurías en el siguiente año económico, calculándolo por el que haya habido en el anterior i por las existencias que hayan quedado en el estanco i estanquillos.
