Reuniones. Las reuniones ordinarias de la Junta tendrán lugar por lo menos una vez al mes extraordinariamente cuando lo solicite el Presidente de la Junta Directiva o el Director Ejecutivo.

Parágrafo

A. En las reuniones de la Junta Directiva, el Director Ejecutivo tendrá voz, pero sin voto. Deberán concurrir los demás funcionarios que la Junta Directiva o el Director Ejecutivo determinen, cuando las circunstancias lo requieran.

Parágrafo

B. De las reuniones de la Junta Directiva se levantará acta en el libro especial, e irán con las firmas del Presidente y del Secretario de la Junta, que será el Secretario General de la Corporación.
