Los vales de Tesorería ganarán el interés de 6 por 100 anual, desde la fecha de su emisión y son de obligatorio recibo tres meses después de su emisión en el 10 por 100 de los pagos que deben hacerse al Tesorero Nacional por rentas, contribuciones y servicios, excepto en aquellos que la Ley les ha dado aplicación especial.
