° . Garantías de cumplimiento . Con el fin de amparar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones adquiridas, una vez otorgado el permiso, la entidad podrá solicitar al titular del mismo la constitución de garantías cuya clase, valor y vigencia serán establecidos en el acto administrativo que ordene la apertura del procedimiento.
