Este crédito ejecutivo estraordinario figurará en las cuentas de la Secretaría de Guerra i Marina, conforme con lo dispuesto en el artículo 1333 del Código fiscal; i de acuerdo con lo preceptuado en el artículo 1334 del espresado Código, dése cuenta al Congreso próximo con el presente decreto, para la regularizacion lejislativa.
