ARTICULO 11. Oficina para el Apoyo a la Defensa Judicial. Son funciones de la Oficina para el Apoyo a la Defensa Judicial las siguientes: Adelantar la investigación y evaluación de los procesos que cursen contra la Nación y sus entidades descentralizadas y formular políticas y recomendaciones en coordinación con la Secretaría Jurídica de la Presidencia de la República. Las demás funciones que le sean asignadas y que correspondan a la naturaleza de la dependencia.
